Tell something about yourself?
The most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise. Talk about things you have done and jobs you have held that relate to the position you are interviewing for. Start with the item farthest back and work up to the present.

Weaknesses - I cannot tolerate negligency even if it is committed by my boss. However, mistake is a different thing.

*For me an ideal company is that which helps me to enhance my skills and helps me in developing myself as a professional.
My ideal job is one which gives me satisfaction and also in which I can use my whole potential.
My ideal location is that where I can get new things to learn and where the people around me are hardworking, honest and for whom the work is the first priority.

What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?
If I feel that I am only person who can do this job and without me my seniors / Management is handicapper, it is over confidence.
But if I feel that I can also do this job, it is my confidence.

What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
Smart work is goal oriented that is it is immaterial that you must give your 100% effort to achieve your goal.
Hard work refers to put your 100% effort to achieve goal, but it is not certain to achieve your goal 100% or 0%.

According to me, you feel pressure when you are not able to complete your given work in time, hence I feel they should be pressure on everyone to do the work with sincerely and accurately.
Yes, I can work under pressure. Which is feel pressure for the other people but for me it is task which I have to be completed. Hence, I think I can do anything to complete the task.

Yes of course I got angry when someone disturbs me at the time of my job because job comes first in my life. But instead of all these things we have to control this habit because this ultimately destroys our mental condition.

Sir, it depends on the situation. Usually I do not prefer to lie because getting success based on lie would never be call success.
But if my lie is for the benefit of the company then I can lie only hen there is no alternative solution.

*Yes sir, I will work because if luck can bring me lottery, fate can make me lose it as well. There are always ups and downs in life.

Sir I am not in a position to rate you, but sir I am really feeling comfortable in front of you. So I would like to give you 9.5 out of 10 and sir again, though I am not the right person to rate you but I have deducted 0.5 as there is always scope for improvement.

Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?
Promoting to existing employees is a good and positive approach, but combination of old branches and new leaves always make a better tree. So it will be always better for a organization if a fresh new attitude/thought mixed with an experience thought.
*People within the organization might have a better understanding of the organizations business, workflow, process etc. And the improvement areas of the company but recruiting a candidate from outside will have a different perspective towards things which provides a chance to implement new traits which he/she has come across for the betterment of the company.
Promoting someone within organisation is a good idea sir if you are conducting interviews for this particular position it means you require an individual from outside your organisation, otherwise I won't be sitting in front of you for the interview and secondly a new person from other organisation always brings difrent skills and market knoledge which contribute in organisation growth.
